It’s easy to get behind for a whole lot of reasons. Sometimes you slip, sometimes you feel like you lost a step, and sometimes everything you can’t control just won’t fall how you want it. The reality isn’t that you’re just unlucky, that there’s something wrong with you, or that someone else is just a natural. What’s lacking are the extra few tools that can make or break a career.

Make yourself great

I provide evidence-based personal performance consulting for driven individuals who know they haven’t reached their ceiling.
I help talent earn opportunities, established figures become recognized leaders, and accomplished leaders build lasting legacies.

The goal is real and lasting change through greater consistency, composure, creativity, and output.

Here’s what’s important

Make the leap

Each client should leave with the necessary tools and strategies designed to support stronger, more consistent performance in their field.

See it in everything

Alongside the benefits to your career, skills and strategies you will develop from our work together can be put to use in order to improve your life as a whole.

This isn’t a membership or therapy

The mission here is to work with clients until service is no longer needed, not keep them coming back forever. I also want to be incredibly clear that this is not a therapy service, I am not licensed to treat mental disorders or prescribe medication.

Who do I work with?

My work is designed primarily for people in competitive, high-pressure fields, including athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and other professionals. However, service is not limited to those fields.

I am equipped to serve clients who face challenges such as:

  • Self-image

  • Motivation

  • Focus

  • Burnout

  • Pressure

  • Performance anxiety

  • Self-doubt / Impostor syndrome

  • Fear of failure and/or handling failure

  • Emotional regulation

  • Task management

  • Relationship management / Team building

  • Stress management

Pricing and Plans

Flexibility, first and foremost, is the priority in service. These are not “packages,” these are just some of the possible avenues.

Typical service will look like scheduled hour-long sessions, either weekly or biweekly.

Final pricing will vary based upon location, method, situation, etc.

Listed “starting at” prices are minimum per session (hourly)

Let's Work Together

The first step is finding direction. Identify at least one goal you have, there are no rules. It can range from “I want to be better under pressure” to “I need to be more consistent” or “I know I can be a leader.”

What matters is that you have a vision, recognizing an issue can oftentimes be more than half of the battle.

Once you submit, expect a response within 48 hours. From there, we will work together in determining a path that fits you
